I also built a Dex Laughting Shadow Magus for my next session because my current character "died".I think your build is solid and I understand the feeling of wanting more feats, magus really has a great selection. I think taking Force Fang could be a good alternative to Distracting Spellstrike if you don't want to invest into Feint.
